I'm Susan Naftzger, a birth doula, holistic health coach, FEMM educator and homeopathic practitioner in Madison County, Indiana. Through personalized birth support, fertility awareness education, and holistic hormone wellness coaching, I help women reconnect with their bodies, understand their unique needs, and make informed decisions about their health.

Every one of these starts with the same thirty-minute call, at no cost, before anything is booked or paid for.

  1. Birth Doula Support Continuous, grounded support from early pregnancy through your first week home, in person across Madison County. $1,500–$2,050Early pregnancy through first postpartum week
  2. FEMM Cycle Coaching One-on-one FEMM teaching, coaching, and cycle reviews for adults and teens, with in-depth fertility and cycle tracking education. $95–$325One to four tracked cycles
  3. Hormone & Womb Wellness Coaching Holistic, personalized coaching through every stage of womanhood, conception, hormones, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. Coming soon
